Custom Nutrition
Upon enrollment in The Empowered Method you will receive a welcome email that includes an intake form. After submission of the form you will receive a custom calorie and macronutrient calculation based on your body and your goals.
As a certified nutrition coach, I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition.

The workouts are structured to be completed at home or in a traditional gym setting. Recommended home gym items: Light/Moderate/Heavy sets of dumbbells, Long resistance bands with door anchor, looping resistance bands. Access to a workout bench or chair is nice to have, but not required.
You will need an inexpensive food scale to ensure you are adequately fueling your body based on your custom macros.

That's totally okay! The workouts are written to be easily modified for a beginner, but will also be extremely effective for someone more advanced. To modify the workouts you can decrease sets and reps until you feel ready to progress further.

The short answer is no. You are provided a 7 day sample meal plan, snack guide, approved foods list/grocery shopping list, meal prep guide, and recipes. My goal is to teach you how to eat foods you actually enjoy. You will learn how to effectively track and manage your macros to fuel your body so you can maintain your results for the long haul.

Daily accountability check-ins in our Facebook group, weekly zoom coaching sessions, and weekly email check-ins are included.
Direct access to Lindsey and the other T.E.M. coaches is hugely beneficial.

Course access will be removed 3 months after the end if your session. You are encouraged to download all of the PDF guides that you would like to keep! If you opt to join the monthly VIP membership group you will have continued access as long as you are a paying member.

No! Nothing else is required in order to see fantastic results while following my program.
At times we share favorite foods, supplements, tools, etc., will not be pushing products on you within The Empowered Method.

The Empowered Method is hosted in a Facebook community group. Daily check-ins are done in the Facebook group.
The live weekly coaching sessions are hosted on Zoom Video Conferencing.

My policy on questions is that no question goes un-answered in my groups, however all of the questions will be addressed on our group page and in our group coaching sessions. I do not field private message questions unless they are of a personal nature that are not well suited for the group calls. This is simply due to volume and effeciency issues. I am HAPPY and honored to questions, I simply ask that you follow my procedures so I am able to most effectively run the program.
